Senior Analyst, IT Field Services

Responsibilities

• Install, set up, and support PCs, Macs, printers, and other peripheral devices
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues
• Provide installation and support for various software applications
• Answer technical support questions for the user community and provide mobile user support
• Ensure technical incidents and tasks are processed and completed accurately and timely
• Create and edit technical and training documentation
• Provide instruction to new employees on PC systems, network access, and IT policies
• Provide on-call support during non-business hours
• Travel to other sites as necessary (up to 10%)

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• College level degree or completed courses in computer sciences (or related experience)
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience in desk side or call center support
• Proficiency with Windows OS, Mac OS, and productivity applications
• Ability to provide on-call support
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with good judgment regarding issue escalation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a warehouse environment
