Senior Analyst, Investor Relations and External Communications

Responsibilities

• Supporting Client Leads on the development and execution of IR strategies to support clients’ corporate goals
• Providing daily logistical and strategic IR support to assigned client accounts
• Preparing client deliverables including shareholder reports, analyst models, and competitive intelligence research
• Developing corporate communications and presentation materials such as press releases and conference call scripts
• Supporting the logistical planning and execution of earnings calls, roadshows, and industry conferences
• Assisting with day-to-day communications with contacts in the life sciences investment community
• Performing database maintenance and entry

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 1 year work experience in a service industry requiring direct customer contact
• Displayed interest in healthcare and/or equity markets
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
• Excellent communication skills with professional phone and email etiquette
• Highly organized and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in investor relations, life sciences, consulting, banking, or financial services
• Leadership experience including network and relationship building
• Intermediate Excel skills including formulas and graphs for reporting
