Senior Analyst, Investment Team

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed operating models, LBO models and returns analyses
• Develop valuation frameworks across DCF, trading and transaction comparables
• Run commercial, financial and operational diligence workstreams
• Synthesize data rooms, expert calls and third-party reports into concise findings
• Map sub-sectors and identify attractive niches to build the target pipeline
• Produce thematic and competitive research on end markets and technology
• Monitor portfolio company performance against plan
• Support add-on M&A including target screening and modeling

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in private equity, M&A investment banking, or consulting
• Strong financial modeling skills (LBO, operating models, valuation)
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with Capital IQ, PitchBook or similar platforms preferred
• Higher education degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, or life sciences
• Strong academic record
