Senior Analyst, Investment Team

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed operating models, LBO models and returns analyses
• Develop valuation frameworks across DCF, trading and transaction comparables
• Run commercial, financial and operational diligence workstreams
• Draft investment committee memoranda and management presentations
• Map sub-sectors and identify attractive niches for proactive origination
• Monitor portfolio company performance against plan
• Support add-on M&A including target screening and modeling

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in private equity, M&A investment banking, or consulting
• Strong financial modeling skills (LBO and operating models)
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Higher education degree in finance, economics, business, engineering, or life sciences
• Experience with Capital IQ or PitchBook preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
