About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end trade lifecycle for futures, swaps, and credit securities
- Manage relationships with middle-office providers and global custodians
- Respond to trade, settlement, compliance, and operational inquiries from internal stakeholders
- Support the Trading Desk through custody position verification and settlement status monitoring
- Maintain and enhance Charles River trading workflows
- Identify opportunities to automate manual controls and improve operational efficiency
- Perform oversight of the trade lifecycle to identify and escalate exceptions and operational risks
Requirements
- 4-6 years of operations-related experience, preferably in Investment Management
- Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Experience working with or overseeing fund administrators, custodian banks, and outsource providers
- Strong working knowledge of Charles River, DTCC's CTM, and GTSS
- Expertise in trade support, settlement oversight, and exception resolution
- Strong understanding of equities, fixed income, futures, swaps, FX, and credit securities
