Senior Analyst, Investment Operations

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end trade lifecycle for futures, swaps, and credit securities
• Manage relationships with middle-office providers and global custodians
• Respond to trade, settlement, compliance, and operational inquiries from internal stakeholders
• Support the Trading Desk through custody position verification and settlement status monitoring
• Maintain and enhance Charles River trading workflows
• Identify opportunities to automate manual controls and improve operational efficiency
• Perform oversight of the trade lifecycle to identify and escalate exceptions and operational risks

Requirements

• 4-6 years of operations-related experience, preferably in Investment Management
• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Experience working with or overseeing fund administrators, custodian banks, and outsource providers
• Strong working knowledge of Charles River, DTCC's CTM, and GTSS
• Expertise in trade support, settlement oversight, and exception resolution
• Strong understanding of equities, fixed income, futures, swaps, FX, and credit securities
