Senior Analyst - Institutional Portfolio Accounting

Responsibilities

• Complete daily accounting processes and reconciliations on time
• Review and approve transactions exceeding defined thresholds
• Resolve cash and security breaks in collaboration with the team
• Monitor reporting timelines and ensure all deliverables are met
• Prepare accurate reports for stakeholders and contribute to management analysis
• Identify trends, highlight exceptions, and recommend solutions to prevent recurring issues
• Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and maintain updated documentation
• Support resource planning, team coverage, and special projects as required

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 3–5 years of financial services accounting experience
• Strong understanding of mutual fund accounting and regulations
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work the 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST shift
