About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise-level storage and backup systems
- Implement and oversee data backup strategies, including regular testing and validation
- Analyze and recommend improvements to existing storage architectures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine storage requirements
- Support incident resolution and troubleshooting for storage and backup issues
- Monitor and report on storage usage trends for capacity planning
- Ensure compliance with data management policies and industry regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in storage and backup technologies
- Strong knowledge of enterprise storage solutions, backup software, and disaster recovery
- Familiarity with SAN, NAS, and cloud storage
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Saudi National only
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications such as Dell EMC, NetApp, or Veeam
