Responsibilities

• Respond to customer-related security inquiries
• Maintain full ownership of the Customer Assurance queue
• Escalate required exceptions to upper management levels
• Drive end-to-end customer-related tickets toward resolution and satisfaction
• Suggest enhancements and act as a voice of the customer
• Analyze problems of moderate scope involving multiple factors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of related professional experience, ideally in a technology setting
• Good knowledge of information security and privacy aspects
• Understanding of security standards and frameworks
• Knowledge of risk management
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to work effectively across different global time zones
