Senior Analyst, Individual and Family Plan Insurance Solutions

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitive research across individual and employer-subsidized health insurance offerings, including plan designs and pricing.
• Build and maintain models to forecast membership growth and retention rates.
• Analyze product performance metrics such as growth, retention, utilization, and margin.
• Build and maintain recurring dashboards and performance reports to identify trends and emerging risks.
• Support product teams during filing cycles through data validation, QA, and analytical support for regulatory submissions.
• Translate complex data analyses into clear, structured insights and briefing materials for product leadership.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience developing and managing commercial insurance products.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a quantitative or healthcare field (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or Finance).
• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment such as consulting or finance.
• Prior experience in the health insurance industry (Individual and/or Small Employer).
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and distill analyses into actionable business insights.
