Senior Analyst, Incentive Compensation

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end incentive compensation (IC) cycles, including data intake, eligibility management, goal setting, quota allocation, and payout calculations.
• Support IC plan design through plan simulations, payout curve analyses, and historical scenario modeling.
• Deliver brand analytics outputs such as field performance reporting, targeting and segmentation, and brand performance diagnostics.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to surface IC outcomes and brand KPIs.
• Partner with affiliate sales operations, brand teams, and finance stakeholders to align on methodology and communicate analytical findings.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring deliverables and standardize templates across international markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, etc.).
• 4-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics or sales operations.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on incentive compensation experience.
• 1-2 years of brand analytics experience.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel for complex IC plan calculations.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Python or R for data preparation and automation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (Master's or MBA) in a quantitative or business-related field.
• Experience supporting US or EU markets.
• Familiarity with IC platforms such as Javelin, Anaplan, Varicent, or Callidus.
• Experience with cloud analytics environments like Databricks, AWS, or Azure.
