Senior Analyst, HR Systems

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance, optimisation, and continuous improvement of HR systems, specifically SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Pro WFM.
• Act as a functional expert and key point of contact for system-related queries, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to deliver system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Perform impact assessments on new business requirements to ensure solutions are fit for purpose.
• Manage system release cycles, perform quality assurance checks on configurations, and monitor system integrity.
• Maintain associated system documentation, including configuration workbooks and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, standards, regulations, and data privacy requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar HR or IT systems role.
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and/or UKG Pro WFM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience working within a complex or global organisation or an HR Shared Services environment.
• Proven ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across a business.
• Experience participating in continuous improvement projects from ideation to implementation.
