Senior Analyst - Hardware Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of IT hardware assets, including laptops, desktops, servers, and peripherals
• Maintain an accurate inventory and detailed records of asset lifecycle events such as acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal
• Ensure all hardware assets comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Execute comprehensive HAM tasks in ServiceNow, including receiving, lifecycle activities, and managing End of Life (EOL) tasks
• Generate regular reports on asset status, utilization, and lifecycle costs for management review
• Analyze data across asset classes to ensure accurate reporting and implement necessary remediation
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Legal, and Engineering teams to enhance HAM processes and identify improvement opportunities

Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in IT asset management or a related role
• Proficiency in ServiceNow HAM and CMDB
• Strong knowledge of IT hardware lifecycle management
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Administrator certification
• ServiceNow Certified Hardware Asset Manager or Certified Application Developer
• ITIL V4 or IAITAM certification
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools
