Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assess and document regulatory risk based on a variety of risk factors
• Gather and analyze data to support investigations
• Review transactions and open-source materials to identify violations of acceptable use policies and regulations
• Document and report investigation findings, preparing clear and concise case files with required supporting documentation
• Execute daily work within existing procedures and guidelines under limited supervision
• Communicate operational questions and findings to team members and leadership

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in the compliance field
• Strong knowledge of Financial Crime, AML, Fraud, and Transaction Monitoring
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Ability to work full-time from the office location

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry
