Senior Analyst, GTM Systems

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the full GTM tech stack, including Salesforce CRM, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Zuora, CPQ, DocuSign, and AI-powered productivity tools
• Maintain Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automations
• Manage data enrichment processes using ZoomInfo and Clay to ensure data quality
• Administer Outreach, including sequence management, template governance, and A/B testing
• Own CPQ administration and DocuSign integration to streamline quote-to-close workflows
• Evaluate, pilot, and embed AI tools to drive productivity gains
• Design and maintain integrations across the GTM stack to ensure seamless data flow
• Build and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reports to measure system health and tool adoption
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and renewals
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to align lead management and attribution models

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in GTM Systems, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations
• Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud)
• Hands-on experience with data enrichment platforms like ZoomInfo or Clay
• Experience administering email sequencing platforms, preferably Outreach
• Required experience in CPQ administration
• Strong understanding of GTM processes including lead-to-opportunity and quote-to-cash
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification
• Familiarity with DocuSign CLM or eSignature integrations
• Experience implementing AI-powered sales and productivity tools
• Experience with system integrations and iPaaS tools such as Workato, Zapier, or Tray.io
