Senior Analyst GTM Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities

• Support the configuration, maintenance, and execution of GTM workflows, automation, validation rules, and system processes within CRM and GTM tools
• Translate business process requirements into scalable, system-driven workflows
• Partner with GTM Operations, RevOps, Enablement, and Systems teams to align workflows with business outcomes
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency through automation
• Monitor workflow adoption, CRM usage, stage progression, and process adherence
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to surface adoption trends and execution gaps
• Support initiatives focused on improving CRM data quality, hygiene, and standardized process compliance

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Operations, or CRM-focused operational roles
• Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
• Experience supporting workflows, automation, reporting, and process optimization initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building dashboards and analyzing operational or adoption metrics
• Familiarity with automation tools and system validation rules
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Experience supporting CRM hygiene and data quality
• Background partnering with Enablement or Systems teams on GTM rollouts
