Senior Analyst, GSS Learner Engagement

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the learner-facing experience for Wyndham University learning programs and platforms.
• Design, develop, and distribute multi-channel learner communications for corporate team members and franchisees.
• Manage content and user experience across learning promotion platforms, including websites, web pages, and LMS.
• Develop and execute targeted engagement campaigns to drive awareness and sustained participation in learning offerings.
• Synthesize quantitative and qualitative learner data into clear, compelling narratives and program summaries.
• Support branding and naming conventions for learning initiatives and manage vendor relationships for program materials.
• Provide strategy and execution for large-scale companywide programs and events.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in learner engagement, learning marketing, learning communications, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Learning Design, Instructional Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience designing communications across multiple digital, web, and visual formats.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or content management systems.
• Strong writing, visual communication, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to translate complex data and strategies into impactful learner experiences.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S.-based HR processes.
• Experience working within a Global Shared Services environment.
