Senior Analyst, Global Pricing Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead work streams related to pricing strategy development, including opportunity identification and strategic analysis.
• Support pricing modeling, forecasting, and the development of business cases for new fees and services.
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as Product, Finance, Legal, and Client Services to solve complex business problems.
• Identify and execute activities that support corporate strategies and special initiatives.
• Communicate insights and strategic recommendations clearly to business leaders to build alignment.
• Leverage modern tools, including AI, to improve analytical workflows, modeling efficiency, and decision quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, OR 2+ years of experience with an Advanced degree (Master's, MBA, etc.), OR 0 years of experience with a PhD.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work independently in complex environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 4+ years with an Advanced degree.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services, payments, or strategy consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable recommendations.
• A self-starter mindset with a curiosity for trends in payments and money movement.
• Proficiency in using AI tools to accelerate analysis and enhance insight generation.
