Senior Analyst - GBS Procurement

Responsibilities

• Execute core procurement processes for assigned products to meet service levels and inventory targets
• Issue purchase orders (POs) to vendors and follow up for order confirmations and timely payments
• Coordinate with vendors regarding material delivery status and manage supplier databases
• Complete Open Purchase Order and Shortage Reports for regular review
• Manage shortage/excess escalations, urgent receipts, and past due management
• Coordinate with internal business partners and suppliers for purchase order changes
• Identify and implement operational efficiencies to drive continuous improvement in procurement processes
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve service issues and prepare customized reports for process improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Engineering degree
• 2+ years of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain management
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably within electronics
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with a preference for BAAN
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
