Senior Analyst, FP&A

Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate monthly detailed fund reporting for global marketing revenue and expenses
• Analyze monthly variances and internal operating statistic reporting schedules
• Own brand-level fund reporting to increase visibility and effective governance
• Manage monthly cost per point reporting and analyze underlying partnership drivers
• Assist in analyzing redemption curves and cost per point projections on the P&L
• Support the quarterly earnings process with reporting and commentary on performance and variances
• Assist with ad hoc reports and analysis as needed to support strategic planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or relevant Corporate Finance roles
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• High level of initiative, organizational skills, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Business degree or MBA
• Knowledge of Hyperion Planning & Essbase financial systems
