Senior Analyst, FP&A

Responsibilities

• Support annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-term strategic planning for Sales and Marketing
• Own end-to-end tracking of Sales and Marketing software spend
• Lead monthly accrual processes for operating expenses in accordance with GAAP
• Design and refine detailed financial models to forecast functional costs and analyze variances
• Conduct in-quarter puts & takes reviews and develop KPIs for the Sales and Marketing organization
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting to communicate trends and business risks
• Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to integrate procurement updates
• Provide timely ad hoc reporting to executive management

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant finance experience
• SaaS industry experience strongly preferred
• Expertise in building Excel-based financial models
• Knowledge of Sales/Marketing metrics such as ARR, MRR, CAC, and LTV
• Experience with headcount reconciliation
• Strong financial and operational planning skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
