Senior Analyst, Footwear Costing Data & Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead quote operations, tooling cost balancing, and costing process alignment with internal and external teams.
• Develop and maintain critical costing analytics solutions and data pipelines using Power BI, Tableau, and other reporting tools.
• Co-lead the development and stability of analytics capabilities within Databricks to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Support seasonal business reviews and leadership updates through accurate reporting and data-driven recommendations to improve profitability.
• Identify opportunities to embed automation, predictive insights, and AI-enabled solutions into everyday costing processes.
• Champion continuous improvement and data governance to build a connected and intelligent costing operation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, business operations, finance, or related analytical functions.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Proven track record of driving process improvements, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, data models, and analytical tools.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake or Databricks).
