Senior Analyst, Fixed Assets

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of fixed assets, including additions, depreciation, transfers, and disposals
• Perform validations and controls to maintain the integrity and accuracy of asset master data
• Calculate, review, and post accounting journal entries
• Execute and approve monthly Balance Sheet Account reconciliations
• Support auditor requests and ensure compliance with SOX controls
• Maintain and review Assets Under Construction (AuC) to ensure timely capitalization
• Identify and execute process improvements to drive standardization across global markets
• Generate fixed asset reports to meet specific entity and business needs

Requirements

• Approximately 4 years of accounting experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including the use of pivot tables and formulas
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP platforms
• Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field
• English fluency (minimum 85% written and spoken)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a Shared Services environment
• Direct experience in Capital & Fixed Assets roles or the capital accounting cycle
• Proficiency in a third language
