Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Review title commitments and flag liens, judgments, or other discrepancies
• Coordinate with title companies to resolve missing items and request subordinations
• Perform data entry of gathered documents into the Loan Origination System (LOS)
• Contact insurance agents to obtain binders and lenders to obtain payoff quotes
• Upload all obtained documentation to the LOS to ensure accurate records
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to facilitate the title clearing process

Requirements

• Mandatory graduation degree
• 1 month to 3 years of experience in the title or mortgage industry
• Strong knowledge of the US Mortgage Industry and mortgage processing documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work night shifts and weekends based on client requirements
