Senior Analyst, Financial Systems

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize enterprise planning models, including forecasting, expense planning, and workforce models.
• Architect data integration pipelines by partnering with data engineering and IT teams to connect Anaplan with Databricks and other data warehouses.
• Deliver Anaplan V5 foundation and scale the ecosystem, contributing to Polaris migration and MVP development.
• Lead technical design sessions, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and guide user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify and source new use cases to expand the Anaplan ecosystem and build business cases for additional functions.
• Support management reporting workflows and participate in strategic planning initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise planning or EPM.
• 5+ years of hands-on Anaplan model building in architect-level roles.
• Anaplan Solution Architect certification is required.
• Proficiency in SQL for data transformations and automation.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, ETL, and integration tools (e.g., Anaplan Connect, CloudWorks).
• Experience with modern data warehouse platforms such as Databricks.
• Proven track record of leading full-cycle Anaplan implementations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master Anaplanner certification.
• Experience with Polaris platform.
• Knowledge of Python, R, or similar scripting languages.
• Experience with Workday, Workday Prism, or AWS.
