Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and accurate month-end closes and complete management and statutory reporting
• Perform GL reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, and posting/calculation of accruals
• Update annual statutory reports including Balance Sheets, Cash Flow, and P&L
• Support internal and external audit processes for both group and statutory requirements
• Drive continuous improvement of financial and operational processes using "simpler, faster, better" methodologies
• Collaborate with various in-house teams such as Commercial Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Compliance
• Manage daily operational accounting activities and resolve arising financial issues

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Finance or Accounting
• 4 to 7 years of professional accounting experience with strong technical accounting skills
• Proven experience in end-to-end Financial Statement Preparation
• Experience working within a multi-national Shared Service Center (SSC) environment
• Proficiency with SAP FI/CO modules and strong Excel knowledge
• Fluency in business English
• Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• International accounting qualifications (such as IAS, UK, or US GAAP)
