Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting and Technical Accounting

Responsibilities

• Assist with research and technical documentation to ensure continued compliance with U.S. GAAP, including the analysis of new accounting pronouncements
• Analyze the financial, technical accounting, and operational impacts of non-routine transactions
• Prepare and monitor accounting policies for business activities across the organization in compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Assist with the preparation of SEC financial reports, including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and quarterly earnings releases

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Licensed CPA (Required)
• 3+ years of accounting or audit experience
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX/internal controls
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to research U.S. GAAP and summarize conclusions via technical accounting memos
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Big 4 audit experience
• Experience in public company financial reporting and disclosures
