Senior Analyst, Financial Analysis

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and quarterly reporting processes, including forecasting and P&L variance analysis.
• Support annual planning and budget preparation for Technology Business Units.
• Assist with month-end close processes, including reclassifications and adjustment entries.
• Process technical services invoices and cost chargebacks.
• Develop and improve expense reporting views and financial/business metrics.
• Collaborate closely with North America-based partners and local team members.
• Participate in special projects and ad hoc financial analysis requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in general and cost accounting, FP&A, or management reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate complex financial results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with financial systems such as PeopleSoft, HFM, SAP, or Clarity PPM.
• Experience using business intelligence analytical tools to interpret and communicate data.
• Ability to work in a geographically-blended environment (Manila and North America).
• Ability to work the shift of 5 AM - 2 PM, Monday through Friday.

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA certification.
• Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry.
• Experience with Power BI reporting.
