Senior Analyst - Finance

Responsibilities

• Support the finance and budgeting team by developing automated solutions for data analysis, reporting, and financial processes.
• Manage Management Information System (MIS) reporting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and budgeting.
• Execute month-end closure activities, account reconciliations, and year-end routines.
• Develop and maintain automated reporting tools and dashboards using Excel VBA and Power BI.
• Monitor annual budgets and perform monthly variance analysis.
• Collaborate with local Finance, HR, and IT teams to streamline data flows and improve reporting accuracy.
• Prepare monthly revenue invoicing, expense provisions, and year-end accruals.

Requirements

• Graduate with at least 3 years of experience in financial planning, variance analysis, budgeting, or management reporting.
• OR Chartered Accountant with at least 2 years of experience in the same areas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel VBA and experience with Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent business English (both oral and written).
• Ability to work as an individual contributor with strong cross-functional interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local tax laws and banking regulations.
