Senior Analyst, Finance

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly forecasting processes across 10+ business units and perform consolidation
• Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts to provide financial insights to the CFO
• Support the annual budgeting cycle and assess the feasibility of financial projections
• Manage firm overhead allocation and corporate cost assignments
• Participate in BI projects and create reports on vendor spend and revenue trends
• Partner with Commercial Finance and Accounting teams to investigate P&L variances
• Collaborate with department leads to identify investment and reduction opportunities

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in FP&A
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
• Experience with EPM systems such as NSPB
• Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau and data warehouses like Snowflake
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI and Automation in finance or accounting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large datasets and identify KPIs
