Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support sales force effectiveness projects including field force sizing, targeting, alignment, and call planning
• Provide incentive compensation (IC) analytics support, including plan design, goal setting, and IC administration
• Develop SQL queries based on business rules and create Tableau dashboards to track defined KPIs
• Facilitate data-driven decision-making by communicating qualitative and quantitative insights to clients
• Analyze pharma commercial data sets such as patient claims, Rx, specialty pharmacy, and CRM data
• Collaborate with onshore teams to manage end-to-end project activities and delegate tasks
• Maintain process assets including SOPs, checklists, and process maps
• Coach and mentor junior team members to support their professional growth

Requirements

• MBA, B Pharma, M Pharma, or Engineering degree (B Tech/BE/M Tech)
• 1+ years of relevant experience in sales force effectiveness or incentive compensation analytics
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau for data querying and visualization
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial data sets and ability to triangulate data from multiple sources

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous working experience specifically with life sciences clients
• Experience in dashboard reporting and sales force effectiveness projects
