About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify contract data deliverables and build data tracks within a Product Data Management (PDM) system.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and the Program Office to obtain, review, and manage data deliverables.
- Ensure data compliance with contract requirements and manage the deliverable schedule to ensure on-time customer delivery.
- Review sub-tier contractor requirements and manage supplier data submissions.
- Run forecast reports and provide metrics regarding on-time deliveries and outstanding dispositions.
- Handle and protect Company Intellectual Property (IP), U.S. government IP, and classified information.
- Support program meetings and provide training to program personnel, customers, and suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of relevant experience OR an Associate's degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
- 2 years of experience in data management and/or equivalent professional experience.
- 2 years of experience in a customer support or service role.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD/government security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of U.S. government defense contracts and specifications (e.g., FAR, DFARS, DIDs).
- Familiarity with DoD Instruction 5230.24 Distribution Statements and NISPOM.
- Strong collaboration, oral, and written communication skills.
- Excellent proofreading and attention to detail.
