Senior Analyst - Employee Experience - FP JML Team

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) for the Mexico market.
• Manage and maintain accurate employee records across HR systems for both union and non-union staff.
• Coordinate candidate background checks and manage all required hiring and onboarding documentation.
• Act as the primary support for union-related processes, including documentation validation and profile updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor requirements, and internal audit standards.
• Provide documentation and support for employee-related inquiries, tickets, and audit requests.

Requirements

• Proven knowledge of JML (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) processes.
• Experience managing hiring and onboarding documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting unionized workforces and labor-related processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
