About the role
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle activities (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) for the Mexico market.
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records across HR systems for both union and non-union staff.
- Coordinate candidate background checks and manage all required hiring and onboarding documentation.
- Act as the primary support for union-related processes, including documentation validation and profile updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor requirements, and internal audit standards.
- Provide documentation and support for employee-related inquiries, tickets, and audit requests.
Requirements
- Proven knowledge of JML (Joiners, Movers, Leavers) processes.
- Experience managing hiring and onboarding documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting unionized workforces and labor-related processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
