Senior Analyst, ECBA

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale data and conduct quantitative analyses to support client success
• Prepare high-quality reports and deliverables related to executive compensation and board advisory services
• Participate in client meetings and serve as a technical point of contact for service delivery
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project and team operational success

Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in business strategy planning, agile organization transformation, or change management
• Strong knowledge of organizational transformation projects and HR domains
• Analytical mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit and effective time management skills
• Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in a fast-paced environment
