Senior Analyst, DSD Digital Excellence

Responsibilities

• Partner with IT, Sales Effectiveness, and field leaders to support reliable data, reporting, and frontline technology solutions.
• Ensure required data is mapped, harmonized, and actionable for frontline users and business stakeholders.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and scorecards to track tool stability, adoption, and business impact.
• Translate usage data and field feedback into practical recommendations to improve execution outcomes like productivity and sales performance.
• Gather and synthesize feedback from pilots, market visits, and training sessions to connect Sales Effectiveness to frontline needs.
• Support meeting preparation, leader updates, and the creation of training materials to drive technology adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business-facing analytics, sales effectiveness, field enablement, or technology support.
• Experience driving analytics or technology support projects for a scaled frontline user base.
• Proficiency in technical tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, or similar.
• Strong ability to synthesize data and communicate insights to non-technical audiences via clear visuals.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct DSD (Direct Store Delivery) experience, specifically supporting analytics or technology for account managers, merchandisers, or drivers.
• Familiarity with Agile technology development, release support, and mobile device deployments.
