Responsibilities

• Own the execution and performance of PPC campaigns, driving optimization strategies and ensuring measurable business impact
• Analyze campaign performance data using SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio to identify opportunities and influence strategic decisions
• Lead the design, execution, and evaluation of A/B and multivariate testing programs
• Develop and apply advanced segmentation and clustering methodologies to improve audience targeting and campaign efficiency
• Leverage AI-driven tools and predictive models to optimize creative assets and keyword strategies
• Drive cross-functional alignment with marketing, product, analytics, and business stakeholders
• Establish performance measurement frameworks and monitor results against key growth metrics

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with Google Search or Display campaigns
• Proficiency with SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., GPT-based platforms) for asset creation and predictive analysis
• Strong foundation in A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical validation
• Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for technical and non-technical stakeholders
