Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced Data Science and Machine Learning techniques to drive business insights and pattern discovery
• Perform trend discovery, correlation analysis, pattern discovery, and text mining
• Identify actionable insights from complex analyses and propose strategic recommendations
• Directly engage with clients across all project stages, including discovery, design, delivery, and deployment
• Manage data structuring, harmonization, and analysis to ensure high-quality outputs
• Contribute to organizational growth through continuous technical learning and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Technology or Master’s in Business Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in advanced Data Science and Machine Learning
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL (or Google Big Query)
• Proven experience applying statistical analysis and data analysis in a business environment
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on use cases involving Large Language Models (LLMs) and building Agents
• Intermediate to advanced experience with Tableau or Power BI for descriptive analytics
• Strong expertise in data discovery and exploration using statistical analysis tools
