Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Suggest appropriate marketing measurement solutions such as Media Mix Modelling and Multi-Touch Attribution
• Conduct panel data analysis using fixed effects, random effects, and mixed effects models
• Perform econometric modelling, including model evaluation, selection, and results interpretation
• Execute and evaluate data science modelling workflows
• Analyze marketing effectiveness measures including ROI, ROAS, ad-stock effects, and saturation effects
• Handle marketing data through QA and manipulation tasks such as joins, merges, and aggregations
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations through strong data storytelling

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-4 years of experience in a similar analytical role
• Proficiency in R (tidyverse, LME4, plotly/ggplot2) or Python for data manipulation and modelling
• Strong SQL proficiency for data handling, including joins and analytical functions
• Experience with econometric modelling and statistical testing
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
