Senior Analyst, Denial Management

Responsibilities

• Identify, categorize, and analyze denials and underpayments from EOBs and ERAs
• Correct and resubmit denied claims following payer guidelines and timelines
• Communicate with insurance companies to resolve issues and ensure accurate reimbursement
• Review denial trends and collaborate with RCM teams to implement preventative processes
• Analyze and resubmit denials across multiple specialties, including medical coding and authorization denials

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in denials management or healthcare billing
• Strong understanding of medical billing processes, payer requirements, and CARC/RARC codes
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in healthcare billing software and Microsoft Office Suite
