Senior Analyst, Deal Desk

Responsibilities

• Guide the Sales team on structuring winning deals, crafting pricing, and navigating complex contracts for new business and renewals.
• Own the deal process within Salesforce and CPQ to ensure flawless execution and alignment with company strategy.
• Act as a commercial strategist by reviewing contracts, redlining terms, and refining language to protect the business.
• Proactively identify and neutralize commercial, legal, and technical risks, proposing creative solutions to leadership.
• Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams to serve as a trusted subject matter expert.
• Identify process bottlenecks and innovate solutions to improve the overall Deal Desk workflow.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations within a SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of SaaS deal structures, pricing models, contracting, and order management.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and CPQ systems.
• Strong ability to perform commercial and legal risk assessments.
• Exceptional communication and influence skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
• A proactive problem-solver mindset with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes deals simultaneously.
