Senior Analyst, Data Science

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using statistical, predictive, and prescriptive approaches.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions from data exploration to model deployment, including supervised and unsupervised modeling.
• Contribute to GenAI and agentic solutions by building prompt pipelines, retrieval systems (RAG), and evaluation workflows.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools to improve productivity while ensuring code correctness and maintainability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers and domain experts to integrate models into production systems.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering on both structured and unstructured datasets.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and common data science libraries.
• Hands-on experience with LLM tools (e.g., Azure OpenAI) and basic RAG pipelines or embeddings.
• Ability to query and process data from SQL and unstructured sources.
• Experience working with large datasets in production environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with model deployment using APIs, containers, or cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with MLOps and LLMOps concepts.
• Background in supply chain, logistics, or operations analytics.
• Participation in innovation initiatives, hackathons, or applied research projects.
