Senior Analyst, Data Modeling

Responsibilities

• Execute daily modeling work including data processing, model adjustment, and result validation to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Identify and resolve quality and statistical data issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage the technical and statistical components of analytical products.
• Contribute to customized projects and the development of innovative solutions for functional and industry applications.
• Support commercial teams with initial project design and provide technical expertise during client presentations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python is required.
• Solid statistical knowledge with the capability to design new methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms (e.g., decision tree, random forest, SVM, XGBOOST, network analysis).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of R, VBA, SQL, or visualization tools like Power BI.
• Experience with Spark/PySpark.
• Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing tools (Map/Reduce, Hadoop, Hive).
• Experience using ArcGIS or QGIS.
• Background in the FMCG or Retail industry.
