Senior Analyst - Data Loss Prevention

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic analysis of DLP alerts, including false positive rates and self-attestation suspicious activity
• Manage High Value Asset (HVA) updates by collecting and consolidating lists from various business units
• Coordinate incident response by escalating potential incidents to regional risk management and compliance teams
• Develop training materials and conduct awareness sessions for business units to improve security maturity
• Respond to user inquiries regarding DLP and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely closure
• Support change management processes and keep governance teams informed of approved system changes
• Prepare and distribute periodic reports to multiple divisions and international business units

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Information/IT Security
• Strong understanding of Information/IT governance and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) concepts
• Degree in Information Security, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or an equivalent field
• Experience with Information/IT metrics and reporting using tools such as Tableau, IBM OpenPages, or Access
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the Financial Services or Banking industry
• IT security certifications such as ISO/IEC 27000 series, COBIT, or ITIL
