Senior Analyst, Cybersecurity Risk & Compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute risk assessments and compliance reviews across IT and business systems
• Develop, implement, and monitor IT and cybersecurity controls to enhance security posture
• Coordinate internal and external audits and manage third-party/vendor risk
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance into business processes
• Prepare compliance reports and documentation to support executive decision-making
• Develop and deliver compliance and security awareness training
• Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance strategies to maintain proactive compliance

Requirements

• Experience with cybersecurity frameworks including NIST CSF, SOC 2, and ISO 27001
• Proficiency in regulatory standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, FedRAMP, and export controls (CMMC, ITAR, EAR)
• Strong background in risk assessment, mitigation, and maintaining risk registers
• Expertise in policy development, governance, and procedure authoring
• Experience in control design, documentation, and executing control testing procedures
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity risk management and IT compliance
