Senior Analyst - Customer Data Management

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain complex databases to ensure data availability, accessibility, and accuracy
• Assist in mining, analyzing, and interpreting data from the data warehouse to meet client and business needs
• Participate in the development of functional requirements, testing, training, and application implementation
• Analyze marketing data and generate reports on customer information, call patterns, and demographics
• Use statistical methods to analyze data, create models, and generate useful business reports
• Identify data sources and provide data flow diagrams and documentation for maintenance processes
• Review and maintain company database dictionaries and ensure system integration
• Provide high-level technical specifications for data modeling and integration

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in mathematics, computer science, statistics, or economics
• Experience in data models and data analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with database management tools such as Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server
• Familiarity with data modeling tools like Oracle SQL Developer, Database Workbench, or ER/Studio
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau
• Ability to analyze large datasets and write technical specifications
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
