About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze guest and member behavior across acquisition, engagement, retention, churn risk, and lifetime value.
- Measure loyalty program performance, including member growth, frequency, redemption, and incremental impact.
- Evaluate campaign, journey, and offer performance across owned and paid channels to identify personalization opportunities.
- Build and refine KPI frameworks that link customer behavior to business outcomes across the guest journey.
- Write complex SQL to extract, join, and analyze customer, clickstream, and transaction datasets.
- Develop scalable reporting and dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Partner with product, marketing, and IT teams to embed customer insights into roadmaps and experience decisions.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, statistics, economics, marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in customer, loyalty, CRM, or digital analytics.
- Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience querying large datasets.
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as Redshift, Snowflake, or Databricks.
- Proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Proven track record of analyzing customer segmentation, lifecycle, and campaign performance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business narratives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (RTCDP, AJO, CJA).
- Proficiency in Python or R.
- Experience in QSR, retail, ecommerce, or high-volume transactional environments.
- Knowledge of experimentation, personalization measurement, and AI/LLM tools applied to analytics.
