Senior Analyst - Commercial Loan Closer

Responsibilities

• Manage deal set-up, initial funding activities, and loan modifications within commercial lending systems.
• Perform detailed reviews of Legal Agreements and Underwriting Approval documents to ensure accurate pricing, loan structures, and borrower balances.
• Process complex loan modifications, restructures, and loan assignments related to syndication or co-lender funds.
• Execute all required KYC, AML, and Flood Insurance documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Validate set-up requirements prior to scheduled funding to ensure smooth closing day activities.
• Collaborate with Operations Servicing teams to ensure accurate account handling and pricing changes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational commercial loan closing experience, specifically with agented or non-agented relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Experience with Loan IQ or comparable loan syndication software.
• Knowledge of SOFR loan setup/repricing and Letter of Credit (LC) fees.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
