Senior Analyst, Commercial Loan Closer

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed reviews of Legal Agreements and Underwriting Approval documents to ensure accurate deal set-up, pricing, and loan structures.
• Manage time-sensitive initial funding activities and equity co-investment payments.
• Process complex loan modifications, restructures, and loan assignments related to syndication or co-lender funds.
• Execute all KYC, AML, and Flood Insurance requirements in accordance with company policies.
• Validate set-up requirements prior to scheduled funding to ensure smooth closing day activities.
• Conduct review and sign-off sessions with Operations Servicing teams to ensure accurate account handling and pricing.
• Maintain compliance with Operations Policies and Procedures, including SOX and audit requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational commercial loan closing experience, specifically with agented or non-agented relationships.
• Experience with Loan IQ.
• BA or BS degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with deal servicing responsibilities.
