Senior Analyst, Commercial Experience Service Delivery

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, EDI customers, and third-party service providers.
• Manage order management processes, including EDI ordering, Idoc corrections, and issue resolution.
• Ensure high-level customer service by resolving queries accurately and efficiently according to SLAs.
• Drive on-time, in-full (OTIF) shipments and monitor key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with market logistics, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order-to-ship processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Cash Cycle process.
• Maintain strict adherence to internal control procedures.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Proven experience in order management and customer service.
• Knowledge of EDI ordering and troubleshooting.
• A strong, positive customer service attitude and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle work pressure during peak seasons.

Preferred Qualifications

• College or university degree.
• Proficiency with SAP systems.
• Understanding of specific market and customer nuances.
