About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order management processes, including EDI ordering and issue resolution
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, EDI customers, and third-party service providers
- Handle all incoming customer queries and requests to ensure accurate and efficient resolution according to SLAs
- Ensure high-level service delivery by managing the order-to-ship process and maximizing order entry accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service levels and the "Cash Cycle" process
- Monitor and support logistics activities to ensure shipments are on time and in full (OTIF)
Requirements
- Mandatory fluency in Spanish
- Fluent English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
- A proactive and positive customer service attitude
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- University or college degree
- Previous experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Understanding of market and customer specifics within a global business environment
