Senior Analyst - Commercial Excellence

Responsibilities

• Build financial models to support pricing decisions, tender submissions, and contract negotiations
• Conduct revenue and margin analysis across service lines, customer segments, and geographies
• Translate data into actionable recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency
• Serve as the custodian of pricing, ensuring consistent governance of price lists and discount structures
• Develop and maintain pricing and discount frameworks
• Support negotiation strategies with insurers, corporate clients, and institutional partners
• Monitor regulatory and reimbursement changes and integrate them into models
• Define and track key commercial KPIs such as patient volumes and revenue per patient
• Conduct profit center benchmarking to identify improvement opportunities
• Monitor market trends, healthcare policy shifts, and sector developments
• Benchmark offerings versus the market on pricing and service mix
• Identify growth opportunities in new services, partnerships, or geographies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering
• Master’s degree (MBA/MSc) is highly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial excellence, business analysis, or pricing
• Good knowledge of the Greek healthcare system and private health insurance market
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software
• Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools is advantageous
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English
